About the developer
Hi, I’m Wenpeng Wang.
I’m the independent developer behind Inks. I design, build, and maintain the app on my own.
About Inks
Inks is a private writing app built around letters, available on iPhone and iPad. You can use it to write down thoughts and feelings. When you open a letter, you can read the finished text right away, or choose to replay how it was written. I keep refining the details based on real use to make everyday writing feel more natural.
About the articles here
Beyond product details and user guides, I publish articles here about keeping records, tools, and trade-offs made during development, along with observations from daily life. Not every piece is about Inks, but each reflects what I was thinking at the time.
